SMOKE is a collection of accessories designed to support and celebrate the rolling rituals of cannabis connoisseurs. This landscape of ‘micro-furniture’ is characterized by timeless geometric forms and the finest noble materials.

Out from the shadows

from social pariahs to social influencers

The inspiration for this project arose from a GRO team discussion about changing attitudes towards cannabis.

Smoking cannabis was traditionally associated with counter-culture drop-outs, shamans and criminality. However, its popularity has expanded to a point where many countries have either de-criminalized it, or made it entirely legal. Smoking a joint is no longer a furtive and rebellious activity, but is now an accepted recreational choice akin to enjoying alcohol.

With wider acceptance and availability has come a more discerning and selective consumer; and inevitably a wider choice of quality cannabis, high-end boutiques and premium smoking accessories.

With this project we wanted to reflect this change in status and create a range of exclusive smoking accessories that users would love to use and be proud to own.

Meet the family

Worktop is made from polished marble and features a bowl to mix tobacco with cannabis and a sculpted groove to support a rolling paper during loading.

Mill is also made from polished marble and nests on the Worktop when not in use. It features a precision-cut aluminium grinding core to ensure an even distribution of cannabis in the joint.

Stashbox is made from fine-grained FSC-certified woods. It fits seamlessly under the marble Worktop and is large enough to store consumables such as tobacco, papers, filters and cannabis.

Frame is made from anodized or powder-coated aluminium. Its delicate, furniture-like feet elevate the Worktop to proudly display it in the home.

Poker is a handy tool made from polished stainless steel. It helps tamp down tobacco and cannabis and is also used to roll a paper around for some joint styles.
